Has Tara Reid just signed out of rehab? Didn’t she just sign in on December 30th? According to an unnamed source, People reported that the party girl has defiantly signed out of Promises Treatment Center in Malibu on Saturday. But her publicist Jack Ketsoyan tells to the rest of the world that Tara Reid’s departure is “not true” and she is still at the rehab center. We have no idea what Tara Reid is being treated for, but we can all guess. The only thing said by her publicist was “We appreciate your respect to her and her family’s privacy at this time.”

World wide known Tara Reid has promising new years resolutions as she checked herself in for a complete rehab into Promises Treatment Center. There is not much information given neither as to what exactly drove the beautiful blonde into making this decision nor as to what exactly was she being treated for. She has the full support of her relatives and friends, “She checked in herself, it was her decision”, a friend commented.

Apparently the actress finally admitted that she has issues with alcohol, it was only 6 months ago when she expressed to People magazine that she was a social drinker who enjoyed a glass of wine now and then with friends.
