The beautiful Kristen Bell is one of the hottest blonde actresses in the world. Born and raised in a suburb of Detroit, she was the daughter of television news director Tom Bell. The natural blonde had a lot of success in the theater that later led to several roles in feature films, and most recently as Elle Bishop in the hit series Heroes.
